Acorn Valley would like to invite you to attend the 901st Annual Celebration of Taco Tuesday (TT) at The Statue of Our Founder’s Pet Squirrel Jacques on Our Founder’s Trustworthy Horse Jeff in the town square, on April 29th, 2025! This week’s event will be a special one, as it will be the first TT we’ve observed since the 900th Annual Celebration of Taco Tuesday from the previous week! We will be providing beef, chicken, pork, and veggie tacos with toppings and a free refreshment for residents of Acorn Valley (please bring your Identification Nuts to the event).
For our readers who are unaware, in 2007 Acorn Valley launched the Whimsical, Hysterical, Inclusive, Tireless, Endless Working Organization Made Exclusively for Nondiscrimination Initiative (WHITE WOMEN Initiative) which has been the backbone of making sure the weekly observation of TT’s is possible. While it may put an increased economic strain on the town’s budget, residents of Acorn Valley agreed with the suggestions of WHITE WOMEN and were more than happy to contribute towards a higher tax rate for the fun, weekly celebration of TT’s as it directly benefits them and provides a wonderful community building experience that allows us to inclusively celebrate marginalized cultures.
When asked about their feelings on WHITE WOMEN’s TT’s, residents of Acorn Valley had many positive things to say. One resident proclaimed: “Did you know that Taco Tuesday is able to be celebrated 52 times a year? I think that is a profound and beautiful fact.”
Another resident said that, “the beauty of Taco Tuesday comes from its fleetingness.”
“I think 52 times a year is the perfect amount that it should be celebrated,” said one resident who was crying on their knees while gingerly bringing a taco to their lips for another bite.
Every town has to have an asshole though and Ms. MacKensaileighlee had this to say on TT’s, “Mmmm I think 60 times a year would do it for me.”
